always to remain on French soil I have prepared "my cake of figs" my perchè è una ricetta che ogni anno per il mese di settembre mi piace preparare e ... mangiare.
Trovo che fichi della pianta di casa (per i possessori di giardino) siano l'ingrediente migliore in assoluto.
La ricetta fa parte di una raccolta di dolci e non francesi, acquistato molti anni fa a Parigi.

110g di burro
100g di farina d'avena
120g di farina bianca
200g di fichi
40g di zucchero di canna
40g di zucchero 4 spoon di miele al Tiglio
3 uova
1 cucchiaino di lievito
1 pizzico di sale
4 cucchiai di latte
la buccia grattugiata di un'arancia + la polpa pelata a vivo e tagliata

Scaldate il forno a 160 gradi.
Butter and line with baking paper a 20cm cake tin.
In a bowl beat the butter to the cream with sugar and honey.
Add eggs one at a time incorporating well composed el.
Add the figs and orange pieces, to the orange peel, oatmeal and sifted dry ingredients above together, mix well and stir in the milk. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for about an hour (check with a toothpick).
Let stand for five minutes before scaravoltare the cake on a serving platter.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Morlaix città interessante sempre per le tipiche case e per l'imponente viadotto costruito nel 1863, il grazioso villaggio di Camaret-sur-Mer con le deliziose abitazioni colorate e le vecchie imbarcazioni abbandonate per il declino ittico soprattutto della pesca all'aragosta, ciò nonostante l'interesse che suscita tra gli artisti, presenti con numerose gallerie scattered throughout the village, is always high.
