E' Natale...cioè, in realtà è già passato ma l'atmosfera persiste e credo durerà fino a capodanno quindi, anche se un po' in ritardo, faccio tanti auguri a tutti! Come avrete notato non ho postato nulla ultimamente e Unfortunately I will be so for several days yet. The reason is very simple. Nei giorni precedenti al 24 mi è anche venuta la bella ma un po' massacrante idea di preparare dei pensierini cibosi per le persone con cui avrei condiviso il natale. Dosi per : 2 Difficoltà : super facile Tempo : 3 min
Ingredienti :
- 125gr di yogurt greco o di yogurt bianco magro
- 1 cucchiaino di miele
- 6 cubetti di ghiaccio o dell'acqua molto fredda
- un pizzico di sale
- cannella
- noce moscata
- chiodi di garofano
Procedimento :
Frullate lo yogurt con i cubetti di ghiaccio o con l'acqua. Se avete il frullatore potete permettervi il ghiaccio mentre se utilizzate il minipimer accontentatevi dell'acqua pena la distruzione delle lame del pimer! Utilizzate lo yogurt greco se volete che il lassì sia denser than normal if you prefer liquid. Add honey, spices and salt and blend a bit '. Spaghetti with tomato and bell pepper cream
This is a dish from the series "Let's see what we can do for dinner with what little is left in the fridge! I never used until now in my house and entered through Two German girls who guests here with me one evening they decided to cook a dinner in Berlin and did the shopping for the occasion. They used a bit 'of concentrate along with Philadelphia to make a sauce to put on the meatballs and vegetables. Ingredienti :
- 200gr di spaghetti integrali
- 1 peperone giallo
- 50gr di doppio concentrato di pomodoro
- formaggio fresco tipo philadelphia
- olio
- pepe
- sale
- qualche fogliolina di salvia
Procedimento :
Cleaned and diced pepper, then cook in skillet with oil over low heat and with the lid. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta. When the pepper becomes very soft, remove from stove and shake it with the cream cheese by adding a pinch of salt. If the cream is too thick add a little milk to dilute. In a pan put the tomato paste and stretch it slightly with water from the pasta, keeping the fire for some minutes. Drain the pasta, season with two cream and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the sage leaves previously washed and dried.
