Crunchy Almond
Christmas recipe and / or for a sweet weekend.

300g sugar 1 +1 / 2 glass of water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200-220 g of shelled almonds
Place sugar, water and lemon in a saucepan.
Melt sugar, once melted continue to cook until it reaches the desired caramel color.
have a plaque on a sheet of parchment paper brushed with a little oil.
Put the almonds in an orderly manner.
When the caramel is ready roll it out over the almonds.
Tips:
-I did not toast the almonds in the oven, the crisp is good but the almond is soft, too much for my taste.
-where the caramel is ready you can immediately incorporate almonds, the result will surely be more homogeneous.
