So here I am writing about this pasta is the undisputed symbol of the beautiful country and has made even the two main characters fall in love with a dear old Disney cartoon. To make things even more there is to say that Italian meatballs were kindly donated by the mother of my boyfriend, travel fridge packed in the bag (full of even more varied food) for him to return to Rome. I think this is a classic of all mothers whose children live in another town, every time you return home, he is filled with food piacevolemte the place or homemade appearing on the return journey.
Serves: 2 Difficulty: Easy Time: 40 min
Ingredients :
- 200gr spaghetti 1 can of tomato sauce onion
- 5 balls of the mother of Paul - you or them to you or ask you to your mothers! ;-)
- half glass of white wine, olive oil
- salt a pinch of pepper
- Parmesan
- few basil leaves
Procedure:
First you have to take care of the balls, so if you have not received as a gift, you have to let you all! I will not put the recipe for meatballs because everyone has their own version: there are those who use various kinds of meat, some type of flesh with the addition of mortadella, those who add an egg, those who added a potato, Who the bread soaked in milk, parsley, who ... well, let the meatballs as like (a bit 'spicy is best) and just take care to make them small and round, not large and flat. Take a chopped onions with abundant oil and meatballs cuoceteci making them blend with a little 'white wine. When you are almost ready but not yet completely, pour the tomato sauce, add some 'salt and pepper and bring it to cook on low fire. As you all know, the more juice you do more good to be on fire then do not shake or rotate often burn maybe adding a little 'oil and a little' hot water. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and drain it a bit 'al dente and the sauce is ready when ripassateli in the pan stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add a few basil leaves, washed and clean. PS: If anyone wondered why a recipe serves 2 has put an odd number of balls ... well, the answer is why so eventually we find ourselves with the dilemma of who gets the last meatball? " and maybe you or the split with your partner so that makes perfect ending for a romantic dinner, or one of two decir to sacrifice for others as it does for Biagio Lilli!
